Job Title: Hospital Security Officer

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospital Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Hospital Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide access control and monitor restricted areas of the hospital
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies, including alarm activations and emergency calls
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Investigate and report any irregularities or incidents
  • Monitor patient safety and document incidents as required
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven de-escalation skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain one prior to commencing work
  • Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including walking and lifting
