Electricenergyonline is a leading provider in the energy sector, dedicated to meeting essential consumer needs such as electricity and natural gas, as well as promoting health and sustainability through innovative solutions.

As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will report directly to the IT Cyber and Information Security Manager and will be responsible for cultivating robust partnerships with various business units, including IT, internal audit, SOC vendors, and other compliance and risk management stakeholders.

This role requires you to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines and engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess Information Security challenges
- Contribute to the design of security architecture solutions
- Monitor and analyze emerging security threats, proposing effective mitigation strategies
- Maintain comprehensive documentation to support the security framework
- Record and communicate security incidents and vulnerabilities
- Facilitate security risk management processes and provide guidance on mitigation strategies
- Conduct daily scans and manage information security tools
- Offer support to internal teams regarding security issues
- Oversee spam prevention and vulnerability assessments
- Assist with annual external audits
- Execute additional duties as required

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Security
- At least 2 years of experience with Data Discovery and Data Classification methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
- Experience in various aspects of information security
- Familiarity with patch management and network vulnerabilities
- Solid understanding of IT Compliance, Standards, and Frameworks

Professional Certifications:
Possession of or progress towards CISSP/GIAC/CCSP certification is advantageous.
