We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Niagara's Best Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect and Maintain Standards: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets for the housekeeping department, ensuring that costs are controlled and expenses are minimized.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to improve our services and recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or renovations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain Financial Records: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the housekeeping department.
- Assist with Cleaning Duties: Assist cleaning staff with their duties as needed, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
