Job Title: Head of Project Management Office

We are seeking an experienced Head of Project Management Office to join our team at Stonewood Group Inc. in Montreal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the program management office, defining and developing project/program management practices, governance standards, processes, and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a portfolio process to manage quality, risk, and project KPIs
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and tools
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to project managers
  • Manage project accounting and project metrics
  • Develop and maintain project delivery processes and methodologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering; MBA Preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project control, estimating, cost control, and planning
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and application of these approaches in a formal project environment
  • Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Excellent consultative and communication skills, analytical ability, and decisive judgment
