- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Drive as part of a team or in a convoy.
- Load and unload freight efficiently.
- Obtain necessary permits for international cargo transport.
- Operate various types of trucks to deliver goods and materials.
- Inspect vehicle conditions, including tires, lights, and brakes.
- Perform emergency roadside repairs as needed.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of cargo, service hours, distance traveled, and fuel usage.
- Ensure the safety and security of transported goods.
- Handle and transport hazardous materials in compliance with regulations.
- AZ class license
- Familiarity with accident reports and incident documentation.
- Knowledge of bill of lading and driver logbook maintenance.
- Ability to complete inspection and maintenance reports.
- Experience with trans-border documentation and trip reporting.
- Proficient in operating GPS and navigation systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads.
- Willingness to work overtime and perform repetitive tasks.
