Gold Rush Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Summer Analyst Intern. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the mining industry and develop valuable skills in business analysis, project management, and data analysis.
As a Summer Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including performance improvement initiatives, business case development, and strategic planning. You will also have the chance to collaborate with our experienced team members and gain insights into the company's operations and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Support performance improvement projects in the assessment and/or implementation phases, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Assist in the development of business cases for investment decisions, including preparation and validation of analysis.
- Work closely with the Projects group in completing Scoping, Pre-feasibility, or Feasibility studies, including leading the development of project-specific business cases and providing analytical support.
- Support the Strategic Business Planning Process, including consolidating company-wide strategic plans and synthesizing results into easy-to-read formats.
- Currently enrolled in a 2nd or 3rd year Engineering program.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proven ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Team player with an ability to work effectively in a team setting, as well as independently.
