Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Clerk to support the Boys Water Product team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency with data entry software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter customer and account data from source documents
  • Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source material
  • Upload documents/backup records in the Salesforce system
  • Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process
  • Reconcile Purchase Orders
  • Conduct a hard count of product labels, on a weekly basis
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence
Requirements
  • Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1-2 years of related experience
