Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to oversee our kitchen operations at J.S.G Dhillon Ltd. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring high-quality food preparation and service.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment

The position is based in a dynamic restaurant setting, providing an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage special events.
  • Assess food portion sizes and associated costs.
  • Order and requisition food and kitchen supplies.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Ensure dishes are safe for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and assistants.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations.
Experience Requirements

Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a culinary role.
