Baker Job Description

At Canada Inc., we are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters according to recipes and special customer orders
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
  • Draw up production schedules
  • Train staff
  • Ensure quality of products meets established standards
  • Operate machinery
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Work Environment:

The Baker will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working under pressure. The ideal candidate will be physically demanding and able to work in a team environment.

Requirements:
