Job Summary
The University of Saskatchewan is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Teaching Assistant in the College of Agriculture and Bioresources. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to the academic staff in the delivery of instruction and assessment in the PLSC 214 course.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of instructional materials and activities
- Support student learning through consultation and guidance
- Invigilate exams and assessments as required
- Collaborate with the Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the course
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Strong background in statistical analysis and agricultural research
- Registration in a graduate program
Working Conditions
The successful candidate will work primarily online or in the computer lab in the Agriculture Building, reporting to Krista Wilde. The position requires a commitment of 4 hours per week during the academic terms.
