Position Overview

As a Marketing Coordinator at Stella's Circle, you will play a vital role in supporting our outreach efforts and enhancing our community engagement.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications.

Your work will be situated within a social service or charitable organization, where you will contribute to meaningful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute administrative functions to support marketing operations.
  • Compile and prepare reports, research documents, educational materials, and articles.
  • Respond to inquiries in both written and verbal formats.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials such as brochures, newsletters, and reports.
  • Organize and coordinate special marketing events and campaigns.
  • Conduct surveys to gauge public opinion and attitudes.
  • Research and prepare communication materials.
  • Develop and deliver educational and promotional programs and sessions.
  • Engage in online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Publisher, MS Office, MS Outlook, InDesign, and WordPress.
Experience in
  • Community service organizations.
