About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D animator to join our team at Trubicars Ltd. as a key member of our creative department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Adapt existing illustrations to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations, ensuring they meet their communications objectives.
  • Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations, showcasing exceptional artistic skills.
  • Produce 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations, pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.
  • Work in a multidisciplinary environment, coordinating all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials.
  • Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials, ensuring a cohesive brand image.
  • Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication, leveraging expertise in various software tools.
  • Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives, utilizing skills in Autodesk 3ds Max, Houdini, MARI, Unity3D, and other industry-standard software.
  • Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements, ensuring attention to detail and a high level of quality.
  • Use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides, maintaining consistency across all visual materials.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in 3D animation and visual effects.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, Houdini, MARI, Unity3D, and other industry-standard software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for color and visual aesthetics.
