About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at SECURIWATCH SERVICES INC. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as calculating fixed assets and depreciation, preparing trial balances, and maintaining financial statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions and records are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organizational skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week in a permanent position with SECURIWATCH SERVICES INC. The work language is English.
