• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, carts, and waste disposal units, to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean environment.
• Load buspans and trays with clean dishes and utensils, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing waste.
• Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes and other items, following established protocols and procedures.
• Place clean dishes in storage areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring easy access for kitchen staff.
• Scour pots and pans to ensure they are clean and free of food residue, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, including workstations, cupboards, and appliances, to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently, following established protocols and procedures.
