Job SummaryAs a Pavement Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our clients' pavement assets. You will utilize specialized equipment and materials to provide maximum value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Operate equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and seal coating, power sweeping, and other pavement maintenance tasks.
- Plan and facilitate the production of high-quality projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager, providing updates on project progress and any challenges encountered.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the success of the team and the company.
