About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Exterior Cladding Specialist to join our team at RMW Exteriors Inc. As an Exterior Cladding Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and repairing exterior prefabricated products, including aluminum windows and doors, eavestroughs, and siding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair exterior prefabricated products such as aluminum windows and doors, eavestroughs, and siding.
  • Work at heights and in fast-paced environments, requiring attention to detail and physical stamina.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installations.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, and maintain a safe and organized work site.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant work experience.
  • Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification and Working at Heights training.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding work.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
