Job Title: Full-time Permanent DZ Cross Border Driver

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DZ cross border driver to join our team at The Erb Group of Companies.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting temperature-controlled freight across the Canada-US border, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick-up and delivery of temperature-controlled freight
  • Work safely and maintain compliance with policies and procedures
  • Document information such as fuel usage, mileage driven using a logbook or electronic device
  • Conduct routine inspection of the truck, including vehicle systems and equipment
  • Communicate with Broder Official when dropping off freight in the U.S.
  • Travel for extended periods of time
Requirements:
  • Valid DZ license is required
  • Minimum 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience required
  • Ability to travel into the US
  • Comply with Hours of Service regulations and weights
  • Ability to be away for extended periods
  • Possess positive and team-oriented attitude
