Warehouse Operations Manager

At PepsiCo, we are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the receiving and delivery of finished products in a timely manner, ensuring minimal delays and optimal inventory levels.
- Utilize warehouse layout and route truck loading patterns to minimize loading time and maximize productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring that daily sales needs are met while minimizing warehouse and production costs.
- Provide exceptional service to the sales department, communicating effectively to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Drive business changes and minimize people impact through effective change leadership.
- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety standards and training requirements.
- Identify and execute productivity opportunities to help the facility meet annual operating plan goals.
- Administer policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Microsoft Suite proficiency, including Excel comprehension.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback, leading to a results-oriented team-based approach.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills.
