Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Counter Sales Representative to join our team at our Grande Prairie location. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Handle customer transactions, including processing payments and providing quotes.

  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous customer service or sales experience an asset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs.
