Responsibilities
  • Collaborate effectively with Software Developers, Financial Analysts, and Traders to understand their data needs and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify and document business requirements related to data management.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of existing data sources and establish efficient data flows within our systems.
  • Implement best practices for data governance, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security throughout the organization.
  • Support critical data migration projects, leveraging your expertise to ensure a seamless transition to our new microservices architecture.
  • Utilize powerful data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau to generate insightful reports and dashboards that drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Possess 5+ years of proven experience in Data Management or similar roles within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of data warehousing principles, ETL processes, and database management systems.
  • Have a solid background in the financial industry, with a keen understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
