Sales Associate

We are currently seeking multiple Sales Associates for our Quebec Vanier location.
As a Sales Associate, you will join a diverse team of professionals with expertise in computer systems and customer service. You will have the opportunity to earn additional commission based on warranty sales, which can reach up to 25% of revenue. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers in locating products and providing detailed product information
- Managing shipments, organizing stock, and ensuring product displays are well-maintained
- Processing retail transactions and overseeing the cash handling area
- Ensuring the store remains clean and organized
- Performing other assigned tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both English and French
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales and cash handling is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of computer components and consumer electronics
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
