Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at Electrical & Automation Industry Careers. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse functions, including receiving, order filling, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing
    • Process and organize inbound shipments, including inspecting goods for damage or defects.
    • Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to management.
  • Order Filling and Shipping
    • Pick, pack, and ship orders to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Coordinate with the transportation team to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipping.
  • Inventory Management
    • Count and record inventory levels to ensure accuracy and minimize stockouts.
    • Perform cycle counts and audits to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Logistics and Scheduling
    • Schedule transportation and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for customer orders.
  • Quality Control and Safety
    • Inspect goods for damage or defects and report any issues to management.
    • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving.
  • Forklift experience required.
  • Reach truck experience required.
  • Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency with Oracle's NetSuite or similar inventory management systems.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to address and resolve issues promptly.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.
