SAP Project Manager Job Description

At Hedera Hashgraph, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager to lead and manage complex SAP and EDI projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage SAP and EDI continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure projects meet all requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Procurement, and Operations stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Business One modules and processes.
  • Oversee EDI transactions in SAP to ensure proper operation and data accuracy.
  • Prepare ad-hoc SQL reports as required.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP and EDI technologies and trends.
  • Provide SAP training to internal users as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP Business One implementations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Business One Financials, Oracle, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-To-Pay processes.
  • Working knowledge of SQL reporting and Crystal Reports.
  • Familiarity with EDI Transactions.
  • Familiarity with IT Costing and Budgeting Project Management, Managed Services, Performance Management, Metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
