Overview

KPMG Canada is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Regina. As a key member of our Management Consulting team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality testing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and project documentation using risk analysis approaches.
  • Lead defect triage meetings to ensure thorough and effective documentation, track, and report defect resolutions leveraging metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business process owners, IT, and Project Management Office, to ensure efficient planning and coordination of support.
  • Evaluate various automation tools and provide recommendations on automation strategy.
  • Conduct reviews of test cases to guarantee accurate depiction of business functionality.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in large ERP project environments.
  • Proficiency in the system development life cycle.
  • 4+ years of involvement in a QA and Test Lead capacity; with a solid track record for delivery.
  • Capability to pinpoint and create sales prospects.
  • Exposure to Test Automation tools and scripting (QTP/UFT, Selenium, Katalon, Cypress) with languages supported (Java, C#, Python).
  • Firm grasp of QA concepts and methodologies in ERP testing (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, Workday).
  • University Degree or College Diploma.
  • Certification in ISTQB is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with Test Management tools (DevOps, ALM, JIRA, Xray, Zephyr) and Confluence.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) is beneficial.
