Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a key member of our food services function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food items to our clients, adhering to all required health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, kitchen, and dining area, and ensure that all dishes and cutlery are cleaned and sanitized.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, responding professionally to all questions and concerns, and directing concerns to further levels of management as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to ensure that our clients receive exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in food service and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a food service role.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
