Job Summary

SUKHZ TRANSPORT INC. is seeking a highly skilled Truck Driver-Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our drivers, including route planning, scheduling, and dispatching.
  • Monitor and Maintain our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Train and Develop our drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Maintenance of our vehicles, including scheduling and overseeing repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Requisition and Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our operations.
  • Ensure Compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety regulations.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions as needed, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the transportation industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate to support the needs of the company.
