We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Van Stonefoundry Inc. as a key member of our sales department.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Determine and implement strategic plans related to new product lines, driving business growth and expansion.
- Policy Development: Establish and maintain organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals in building and maintaining relationships with business clients, negotiating sales contracts, and driving revenue growth.
- Operations Management: Organize and direct regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
- Performance Evaluation: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Availability: Be available to start on the advertised start date.
- Work Authorization: Be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Relocation: Be willing to relocate for this position.
- Experience: Have previous experience in the field of employment.
- Education: Have completed the highest level of study.
- Work Hours: Work 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: Work in English.
- Duration: Permanent employment.
