Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at BHAVANI (CANADA) CORPORATION. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on consumer trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
- Merchandise Planning: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in the store, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer demand.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
The Assistant Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role is permanent, with a standard 40-hour workweek and English as the primary language of communication.
