Job Summary:

PAL Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team at our FWSAR base in Greenwood, NS. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing data within our Logistic Management system (SAP SP1) and maintaining spreadsheets to ensure accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage data within the Logistic Management system (SAP SP1) to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient supply chain operations.
• Maintain spreadsheets to track inventory levels, shipments, and receipts.
• Ship and receive items, including issuing and receiving parts to and from DND Supply personnel.
• Manage the flow of repairable parts and equipment, including controlling consumable consumption points.
• Assist with stock purchasing and warehouse stock management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Previous experience using SAP is an asset.
• Forklift experience is an asset.
• Availability to work extended hours, evenings, on call, and occasional shift work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to obtain and maintain Level II - Secret clearance.
• Able to obtain and maintain ITAR / CCG clearance.
