About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at TG Maintenance INC. as a Maintenance Support staff member.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Cleaning and Disinfection: Dust furniture, clean and disinfect elevators, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Changing Rooms and Showers: Clean and maintain changing rooms and showers to ensure a hygienic environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
