About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Lionhead Mechanical. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and maintenance of industrial, commercial, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from the project site.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, and place equipment and materials as required.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth and even finish.
  • Assistance with Drilling and Blasting: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and perform routine maintenance work to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer with Lionhead Mechanical, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with regular breaks and time off as per company policy.
