Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at #1 Liquor Merchants. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
