About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at EROS CONVENTION CENTRE. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dishroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all dishroom equipment, including dishwashers, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Store dishes and other items in a clean and organized manner.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand as needed.
  • Scour pots and pans to remove any food residue.
  • Handle and store cleaning products in a safe and responsible manner.
Requirements
  • Physically demanding role requiring regular lifting and standing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Reliability and dependability in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time role with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
