  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ascertain business requirements.
  • Challenge existing practices by researching alternatives, introducing best practices, and pinpointing opportunities for process innovation.
  • Translate business needs into detailed specifications for new software systems.
  • Create clear, consistent, and actionable requirements documentation.
Design Effective Solutions
  • Propose enhancements to improve business processes and system functionalities.
  • Work in tandem with system analysts to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Oversee the implementation of new system capabilities and processes to ensure alignment with business needs.
Engage Stakeholders
  • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to grasp business needs and expectations.
  • Foster change management conditions that contribute to project success.
  • Present and elucidate business analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis, ideally in a client-facing role within a consultancy, software development firm, or a leading organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and document complex business processes and systems.
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong financial acumen and familiarity with financial business systems (banking, investment, pensions, and benefits).
  • Applied knowledge of human-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
