Farm Credit Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our credit analysis team, you will be responsible for preparing credit submissions, analyzing source documents, and communicating with customers to thoroughly understand their business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Negotiate and prepare credit submissions for complex agricultural and agri-food proposals
  • Assess the risk of each business and recommend loan structures
  • Conduct research and advise your team, including Senior Relationship Managers, in preparation for meetings with key customers and prospects
  • Complete analysis and submissions for account reviews, compliance monitoring, and eligibility rulings

**Requirements:**

  • Aptitude for complex lending and advanced credit analysis
  • Problem-solver who can identify and recommend lending opportunities
  • Strong communicator who excels at building partnerships

**What We're Looking For:**

  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, or agriculture and at least four years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Agricultural or commercial lending experience
  • Expertise in credit analysis
