Senior Field Service Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Field Service Manager to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. As a key member of our Technical Direction and Process Validation team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our Sales and Commercial Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities- Project Screening and Development: Screen new potential projects and opportunities for both new construction, fleet, and existing assets, and develop and/or review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Technical Guidance and Support: Provide technical guidance and support to Sales and Commercial Engineering teams, and conduct site/field audits of existing plants to review performance and/or troubleshoot problems.
- Operational Safety: Provide operational safety inputs to field services, engineering, and design teams, and work with various technologies such as Conventional pretreatment, Ultrafiltration, Reverse Osmosis, Ion Exchange, EDI, Membrane Bioreactor, Degasification, Adsorption, and dewatering technology.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline, such as Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in water & wastewater process engineering or equipment supply field, with experience in process design or proposal preparation, understanding proposal documents and specifications.
- Skills: Proven experience in the development and assessment of process flowsheets, demonstrated experience and knowledge of water/technology process equipment, including MBR technology, and effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Independence and Motivation: Ability to work independently for long periods, self-motivated, quick to deliver, and a team player.
- Communication and Documentation: An accomplished communicator, able to produce quality technical documents, and demonstrated dedication to safety.
