Key Responsibilities- Lead client engagements and work closely with Partners on tax planning and reorganization projects.
- Plan and organize teams for tax return preparation and conduct tax research.
- Collaborate with Partners to attract new business and provide ongoing support to junior staff.
- Review complex tax returns and draft tax memoranda for review by Partners and Managers.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in tax specializing in public accounting.
- Professional accounting designation and MBA or equivalent.
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
- Highly motivated individual with a desire for growth and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
