About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at Global Trade & Distribution Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Operational Oversight: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
