About the Role

Humble Manufacturing Co, LTD is seeking a skilled Saw Operator to join their team in Burnaby, B.C. as a Fabrication Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Horizontal Bandsaw and Mitre saw with precision and accuracy.
  • Organize and manage material inventory according to job requirements.
  • Label and package cut material in a clear and concise manner.
  • Clean and maintain saw area to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties including operating miscellaneous sheet metal equipment (drill press, grinders, hardware press, etc.).
Requirements
  • Safely operate saws and other equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and reading skills to manage job folders.
  • Experience in manufacturing with a focus on production.
  • Accurate measuring skills using caliper and tape measure.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with team members.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
