This position is situated within property management companies, where you will collaborate with a team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing property value.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and oversee support staff engaged in operational, clerical, or maintenance tasks.
- Draft and manage contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate the execution of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects.
- Track progress and costs of work on behalf of property owners.
- Compile and maintain detailed records of operating expenses and income.
- Ensure timely responses to inquiries and issues raised by clients or tenants.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
Technical SkillsProficiency in MS Office is required to effectively manage documentation and communication.
Transportation and TravelPublic transportation options are readily available for commuting to work.
