Job Title: Integrated Marketing Specialist

Sandvik Coromant's marketing team in Sales Area Americas is seeking a highly skilled Integrated Marketing Specialist to drive sales, promote growth strategy, and ensure unique brand position. This role will cover all of the Americas, actively driving an audience-centric approach and securing the successful launch of our offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated audience-specific marketing campaigns and activities in the US and Canada to contribute to global and local strategic business objectives.
  • Use customer insights to ensure effective external communication and identify opportunities to develop targeted messaging to defined audience segments.
  • Leverage content to strengthen brand awareness and customer preference, and generate and nurture leads using various channels to reach customers at all points along the buying journey.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing and communication trends, recommending and exploring new methods and marketing tools to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • At least three years' experience working in Marketing with a strategic mindset and ability to translate company strategy into marketing plans and activities.
  • Strong data-driven focus on results, with experience developing, managing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills for both online and print media, with ability to handle technical content and create marketing content to attract and engage high-tech B2B audiences.
  • Visually creative and skilled in graphic design and video editing, with thorough knowledge of social media strategies and platforms.

Additional Key Competences:

  • Thorough knowledge of integrated marketing communications tactics and demand generation marketing tactics.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM, Power BI, Google Analytics, Office 365, and Adobe Creative Suite applications.
