**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Norden Windows And Doors Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute promotional materials to showcase our products and services
* Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve marketing goals
* Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing materials
* Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective use of marketing resources
* Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs
* Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that maintain media relations on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations
