Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1341960 BC Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Authorize payments, process returns, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and customer service.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced retail environment, with a high level of customer interaction.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Standing for extended periods, with frequent walking and bending.
