Job Summary

Gwireless Smart Homes Ltd. is seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install electrical controls and panel boxes to ensure safe and efficient power distribution.
  • Design and construct single-phase service for single or multimeter installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Connect power to audio and visual equipment to ensure seamless entertainment and communication systems.
  • Install surface mount and/or overhead cables to provide reliable and efficient power distribution.
  • Instruct apprentices to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Install power generation, stand-by power generation, and power conditioning systems to provide reliable and efficient power supply.
  • Ground and bond electrical equipment, systems, and structures to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.
  • Renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures to ensure safe and efficient power distribution.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in electrical systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Permanent employment with a reputable company.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week of work commitment.
