We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Primary Teacher to join our team at School District #28.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Primary level students and contributing to the development and implementation of the School Growth Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Primary level students and develop engaging lesson plans
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement the School Growth Plan
- Support whole school environmental initiatives
- Participate in the school-based team and contribute to positive behaviour support
Requirements:
- Valid BC Teaching Certificate
- Member in good standing in the BC Ministry of Education, Teacher Regulation Branch
- Elementary Education specialization at the Primary level or related teaching experience
