Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at KINGSGUARD SECURITY INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work to ensure optimal facility operations
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations and ensure prompt response
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor and maintain computer equipment and machinery to prevent downtime
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management
  • Procure materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend productivity and quality improvement measures
  • Supervise and schedule the activities of security personnel
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and reliability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism
