Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Manage the inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure adequate stock levels.
    • Coordinate the purchase of equipment and supplies to meet the needs of the housekeeping department.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage financial records to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
