Join Our Team as a Business Valuation Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the services rendered by external business valuation experts
  • Assist in the formulation of valuation documentation
  • Collaborate with various departments to compile organizational data
  • Recognize and articulate potential risks associated with valuation processes
  • Participate in special initiatives and on-demand analyses
  • Exhibit strong organizational and project management capabilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • Desire to pursue Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) certification
  • CPA certification is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance or a related discipline
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and work autonomously
