About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Specialty Foods Baker to join our team at Brockton Village Bakery LTD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of specialty foods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Maintenance and Organization: Organize and maintain inventory, and operate machinery as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions: Overtime required, and work under pressure.
