· Formulate and execute business strategies and plans.

· Assess the connection between organizational goals and operational performance to ensure alignment.

· Conduct Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis.

· Develop mission and vision statements that reflect the organization's aspirations.

Additional Responsibilities:

The Business Consultant may be required to undertake the following tasks as directed:

· Research best practices from other sectors.

· Ensure alignment with relevant policy frameworks and initiatives.

· Consider the impacts of transformative activities within the broader context of the organization.

· Engage with stakeholders in the development of final deliverables.

· Explore options for business models and identify opportunities for reform and realignment.

· Recommend adjustments to roles and responsibilities to meet transformation needs while optimizing resource allocation.

· Identify potential risks associated with implementation and propose mitigation strategies.

· Develop strategies for implementation as necessary.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a minimum of three years within the public sector.

· At least ten years of experience providing strategic advice in financial or corporate management systems.

· Demonstrated experience in the business transformation of SAP-based financial systems within the public sector.

· A minimum of ten years at the senior management level in developing processes and policies in an Information Management/Information Technology/Enterprise Transformation environment.
